Using the platform
By creating an account or using Bot Builder Platform, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information, protect your account, and be legally permitted to use the platform.
Your bots and content
You keep ownership and control of your bots, content, connected accounts, and customer relationships. You are responsible for how your bots are configured and used, including their messages, payments, permissions, and compliance with applicable laws.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, malware, spam, infringement, or any unlawful activity. You may not interfere with the platform or attempt to access another user’s account or bot instance.
Third-party services and payments
Telegram, payment providers, wallet providers, and other integrations are independent services with their own terms, availability, and fees. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting their requirements.
Availability and termination
We may maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform. Access may be restricted or terminated when these terms are violated, the service is misused, or continued operation creates security or legal risk.
Disclaimer and liability
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the availability of third-party services and are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes and contact
